Shipping Policy & Refunds

Orders will be posted within 3-5 working days.

Any tracking numbers will be sent to you via text or email if I have this available to myself.

Age restricted goods will not be dispatched until proof of age is satisfied.

Age restricted goods will be posted by a courier that must see photo ID on delivery. 

All goods remain the property of myself until payment is received in full.

It will be your responsibility to ship and pay for the return of items to me for a refund after agreement by myself via email ernslee@penquill.com.

Please immediately contact myself if the product has arrived damaged or not at all so I can make enquiries and resolve any problems.

I am human and make these gifts by hand in my private workshop for both of our enjoyment. I am not a full time producer, so in the event a mistake is made, I will endeavour to do the very best I can to rectify for our mutual happiness.
